The championship lasts for 6 months, so there will be 2 championships a year.
The points are awarded as follows:-
1st - 10 points
2nd - 6 points
3rd - 4 points
4th - 3 points
5th - 2 points
6th - 1 point
All drivers finishing 7th onwards will receive 0.5 points as long as their car conforms to all the rules of the class and they do not change cars.
Note :- Team events will not count to the championship points score.

Drivers Briefing
30/1/2012 :- Starting from Friday the 10th of February all Classic Touring Cars (1960 to 1979) must all run with their original style motors. No motor style conversions allowed. 25/10/2011 :- Starting from Friday the 28rd of October the Scalextric Super Resistant class will be ran at 14 volts in the future. 13/9/2011 :- Starting from Friday the 23rd of September the Nascar and Slot.it GT1 Le Mans classes will be ran at 12 volts in the future. 13/8/2011 :- Starting from Friday the 19th of August the Slot.it Group C Sports Cars class will be ran at 12 volts to bring the class into line with the other national Slot.it events. |
